Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Ancient Ecstasy, we maintain high hygiene standards for our products. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds:

• Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with seals intact.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us at support@ancientecstasy.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
